Print Your Label
Select the reason for your return and generate a prepaid UPS shipping label, which will be sent to your email or available for immediate download.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, making sure to include any original paperwork and sealing the package with the prepaid label.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
